Battle Bands heled me heal after a major muscle pull that had kept me off the pullup bar for 5 weeks
Battle Bands heled me get back onto the pullup bar after an injury. I used the big yellow one then after a week I switched to tye small yellow one plus the small green one then finally just the small green one. Yesterday day was my first day of full body weight pullups since September 15th. I did five sets of ten pullups all perfect form after watching Mike Eckert youtube videos on proper pullup form anyway I dod a total of 50 pullups in 23 minutes total elapsed time including 2 to 3 minutes of rest between sets.

Battle Bands
I use kettle bells ,pull ups,sledgehammers and latex bands in my workout. I have found these to be of great quality and you can’t beat the price. I only wish that maybe there was a mixture of probably 3 more bands of various sizes. But these are great and I highly recommend them!
